Delivery Timetables

As our diamond jewellery is made to your exact requirements we typically plan for a delivery date of approximately 15 - 25 working days from the date when your order is placed. As a further guide please see the table below.

Securely Packaged

You can be assured that all orders sent are securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit. The outer packaging has no reference to Samara James or to the contents of the parcel.

Customers First

Our customer’s needs always come first at Samara James, so if you have a specific date in mind when you need your order by, please contact us and we are will do our best to assist.

Once your item is dispatched, delivery before 13:00 the next working day is guaranteed. We dispatch items Monday through to Saturday and all of our parcels are fully insured by Samara James. For security reasons when your item is delivered you will be asked to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’. It is important that the delivery address you provide is secure and that someone is available at the address to sign on your behalf if you cannot be there in person. If someone other than you or your authorised representative signs for the delivery at the address you have given us Samara James Retail Ltd cannot be held responsible.

In the unlikely event that the dispatch of your order is delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately by email or telephone. We do not usually leave a message if you are unavailable without your prior permission for security reasons.

Free Delivery Anywhere in the World

We are very pleased to offer free delivery on all website orders, including customers outside the UK. However please note that we do not take responsibility for any duties, taxes or surcharges applied by a non UK country and we recommend that you check first prior to placing your order.

If you are a resident of the Channel Islands or are exempt from paying VAT we will be happy to adjust the cost of your order.
