60-day Returns
At Samara James we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. It is important to us that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, and feel the need to send the item back, we offer a 60-day returns policy, starting from the date of dispatch, for a full refund or exchange*. We will also pay for you to send it back to us. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on all website orders. You can also be assured that all items are securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage or theft during transit. The outer packaging has no reference to Samara James or to the contents of the parcel.
Free Returns
At Samara James we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not happy and feel the need to send the item back we offer a 60-day returns policy with a full refund or exchange*. We will also pay for you to send it back to us.

- 5All refunds are processed within two weeks from the date the item is received by us. Refunds are made using the same method of payment as was used to make the original purchase.
Free Resizing
Samara James offers a free re-sizing service. We would be delighted to complete one re-size, free of charge, within the first year of your purchase*.
Just contact us for an appointment at our Shepperton Marina showrooms or to request a return pack if required. All of our resizing work is completed using laser to ensure invisible re-sizing and a perfect finish. Shipping fees may apply.
Lifetime Warranty
All of our jewellery is made using the highest quality materials to the highest possible standard. Each piece is also carefully inspected once completed.
In the event that there is a problem with your jewellery, please either return it to our showrooms in West London or mail it to us. If the problem is a structural or manufacturing problem we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you**. This does not affect your statutory right to return a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
If the problem is caused by normal wear and tear we will be happy to repair your piece of jewellery at cost price. You may also return your jewellery to us at any point to be professionally inspected, have the claws checked, or to be professionally cleaned, all free of charge. Shipping / handling fees may apply.
International Delivery
We are very pleased to offer free delivery on all website orders, including our customers outside the UK. Please note that Samara James cannot be liable for any duties, taxes or surcharges applied by the destination country. We therefore recommend that you check with the relevant local authorities prior to placing your order.
Delivery Methods
For orders over £200 to be delivered within the United Kingdom we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. For orders below £200 we use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or 1st Class.
For international orders over £500 we use either DHL or Fedex International Priority. For orders below £500 we use Royal Mail ‘International Signed-for’ or Royal Mail ‘Airsure’.
All orders are securely packaged and all methods of delivery are fully insured against loss, theft or damage during transit.
Alternatively, if you would like to collect your item from our showroom in West London it would be our pleasure to arrange an appointment for you at a time convenient to you within our normal trading hours.
Lifetime Upgrade
Any piece of non-bespoke, GIA graded, natural diamond jewellery purchased from Samara James can be exchanged at 100% credit (excluding VAT) for a replacement item of at least 2x the original value. The diamond which is being upgraded must be in its original condition and have the original GIA grading report.
*Additional Information
Our 60 day returns policy applies to all designs available on our website. To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must be undamaged and in a "new and unused condition" with all original documentation and packaging. Items showing obvious signs of wear, items that have been re-sized by Samara James, alterations by a jeweller other than Samara James, or items returned outside of the 60 day policy will not be accepted.
Bespoke designs or jewellery which has been customised specifically to your requirement (e.g. rings with engraving) are not eligible for a refund.
For the re-sizing of plain or diamond set wedding rings simply return them to us in an unworn condition within 60 days of purchase. We will replace it with a new ring in the correct size . This exchange service also covers ‘eternity’ style diamond wedding rings. Where possible we will also re-size bespoke rings free of charge.
For wedding rings that have been worn or customised we make a small charge to cover the cost of the re-sizing work. Should it not be possible to re-size or exchange the item (for example if the band is set with diamonds all the way round or if the ring has been worn or is bespoke) we will advise you of the available options and costs.
** Additional Warranty Information
The Samara James Lifetime Warranty will be invalidated if your jewellery has been worked on (re-sized, repaired, refurbished, polished, replated or remodelled) by a jeweller other than Samara James.
