This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had across the board. Let's start from the website. It took me two seconds to realise my search was over. The rings looked great, better than anything else I had seen and there was plenty of choice, but this was not even the best thing. I had the pleasure to be assisted by Cos. He was very friendly and kind. He offered so much advice on everything. I learned so much about diamonds during that 15/20 mins call. We went over every customization option, what it meant and how it would affect the quality of the ring and the price, he didn't try to upsell, so that made it very natural. He went above and beyond to send me a sample for the proposal with such a short notice and I'll forever be grateful because it meant I could make the proposal on time for our anniversary He was very patient throughout the process and showed so much competence and kindness. Finally she really liked the ring so that was a perfect choice !!! Thank you!! |
