There are four steps that we undertake to hand engrave a piece of jewellery:
- First, we compose the design and sketch this onto the piece.

- Using hand held gravers (chisels) we carefully pare away the material away, in doing so bringing the design to life.
- The item is then meticulously polished to remove any scratches using a polishing motor and mop with a variety of techniques to give the article a mirror finish without wearing down the fine engraving work.
