She is such a popular actress and most fans were devastated to hear that her marriage which everyone thought was very happy has come to an end. Then when Jim Toth and she got serious, the media went all out to find out if indeed he could be the next one in her life. He is, and in true Reese style, the wedding was an intimate affair with just close friends and family. At least, the number is relative because Hollywood weddings are usually such big affairs.

The wedding ceremony was held at the Ojai California mansion and the celebration that followed was also held there. Reese Witherspoon’s parents and children were there at the rehearsal and because the place is a bit out of town, there were not too many media people to be seen. The place is the last word in luxury and it is believed that all the guests were treated to a really lavish stay there during the wedding. The wedding was held in a very Southern style with a lot of warm hospitality.

Well, come the holidays, they did – get engaged, we mean and Reese has a humungous engagement ring on her finger to flaunt. The diamond engagement ring has a 6-carat diamond at the centre and it has 62 facets. It is set in a platinum band with a diamond pavé design and it really is stunning. It is among the 1 out of 10 diamonds to qualify to be of the Ashoka standard.

Jim apparently got together with the William Goldberg Diamond Corporation so he could have a diamond ring that would wow Reese. He also made sure that everything was just the way it should be before he proposed. With a ring as unique and rare as this, who wouldn’t say Yes? The Academy Award winning actress did and she now wears his ring.

The rumours have been rife ever since the two of them started going around and that has been almost a year now. Jim Toth has, according to the rumour mongers, already bought a huge sparkler of a diamond for her so we’re all wondering when the proposal is going to happen. He was seen looking at classic and stylish engagement rings in a Los Angeles jewellery store.

The source goes on to say that the ring he was looking at has a diamond that was three or four carats. Reese is pretty understated so that size is probably as big as it will get because she’s not the kind to flaunt anything too showy and Jim knows that. The couple have been very close and they do everything together which is great. He goes to her children’s school functions and they even go to church together. Now isn’t that absolutely sweet?

According to Reese, she feels very comfortable being with Jim and while he understands the pressures of her work, he’s not a part of it and that is good, she feels. The actress just got her Hollywood star recently so an engagement soon after that should be very welcome.
