Diamond Engagement Rings Specialist

They were spotted shopping for engagement rings and everyone felt that Paris Hilton was ready to leave behind her wild ways and settle down. She had been talking about how she felt she was in a good place with Cy Waits and it looked like she was serious. However, a recent statement that has been released says that she and Cy are not together anymore.

Her representative was the one who issued the statement that it was an amicable split and that they have decided to go their separate ways. And yet, just a week or two ago, they seemed so much in love and so together. In fact, Paris looked very content with life and she even tweeted that they were very happy. So what happened suddenly? Even her family seem to feel that Cy was a good influence on her.

Paris made an appearance on the George Lopez show to confirm the split and she says though they are good friends, the relationship just couldn’t go to the next level. Cy, a former nightclub owner is the one who has put her back on the rails, helped her keep in shape and of course, with whom she was spotted window shopping for engagement rings. She hasn’t tweeted about the split as yet and her friends feel that she really isn’t ready to take any relationship to the next level and that perhaps is the problem.

It had all the trappings of a real wedding – the white bridal gown, the veil, the wedding ceremony and the wedding rings as well. And it involved always-in-the-news Paris Hilton and the judge of America’s Got Talent – Piers Morgan. However, it wasn’t for real but was being shot for a TV commercial.

A more unlikely couple than the famous British journalist and the American socialite blonde would be hard to find but this was a shoot to promote Piers Morgan’s new show in the works – Piers Morgan … On Las Vegas. There was entertainment in the form of a Marilyn Monroe impersonator and an Elvis look-alike. Piers did comment that Paris looked magical. He’ll be walking down the aisle shortly for a real wedding this time – to Celia Walden, a journalist.

Their second baby is due soon and the news is that they could be getting married sometime around Christmas. It looks like Nicole Ritchie and Joel Madden want to keep it close with just the family and friends. According to sources, the guest list is expected to be fifty guests or so.

Speculation is that the wedding will probably take place on Christmas Eve. Nicole who is 27 and Joel who is 30 have been together for some time now and one wonders if her old friend Paris Hilton will be there at the event as well.

Paris Hilton’s boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt has bought her diamonds galore and these include rings, pendants and an expensive bracelet. Everyone thought the affair was off and had grown cold but it looks like they are back together and how! The two are travelling and they are in Venice for the Film Festival.

While there is no official news about the two of them getting married, speculation runs rife and this latest showering of diamonds as gifts on her seems to have added fuel to the gossip. Now Paris just loves all this gifting and it looks like Doug just loves to spoil her so they seem to make a great couple.

Paris Hilton is obviously bored of getting engaged so now she’s adding bling to her Bentley. Let’s backtrack a bit. She first ordered a Bentley and then proceeded to have it painted pink. Her custom made Bentley is being assembled in Crewe and then being shipped out to her. However, while it was still being put together, she asked for a dashboard encrusted with diamonds – no, not just one or two to add a bit of a sparkle but thousands of pounds worth of diamonds.

A pink Bentley was because she still hasn’t outgrown Barbie according to her and she always wanted a pink car like Barbie’s Corvette. The dashboard however, had even the Bentley crew in shock – and they must have had innumerable requests by the rich and famous for all kinds of changes and additions to the car.

Paris gifted herself the car for Christmas and instead of the Bentley emblem, she’s going to have her initials. The car is also going to have windows that have been tinted so she cannot be photographed inside the car by nosy newspapermen. Now Paris we know revels in all that publicity – so does she really want that? Or will she just be protecting her diamond dashboard?

Well, we’ve all heard about Paris Hilton’s many engagements. Every time, she’s flaunted her ring, each one perhaps bigger than the one before. Did she compare each one with the other, we wonder! However, it’s quite possible she did considering her uncalled for remarks to the recently wed Fergie.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel has a private wedding with just close friends and family after which they went off for a honeymoon and when they got back, the Vanity Fair and Krug party was one of the events they attended. That was where Paris Hilton cornered her for a blow by blow account of the wedding and honeymoon. Fergie moved away first chance she got and that was when Paris Hilton was crass enough to turn to her sister and remark that she thought her own engagement ring had been bigger than Fergie’s.

Well, it’s her loss because everyone’s going to be sniggering. Fergie might have had a smaller diamond engagement ring – but she got her man – which is more than Paris can say!

It’s true. There’s something about celebrities that make us want to know everything about them and an engagement is such a big part of people’s lives. We get a kind of vicarious pleasure when the media takes us into their personal lives – lives that maybe secretly we wish we had. And of course, the fact that their diamond rings are usually bigger and so much more expensive that we could ever hope to wear makes it just that much more enthralling.

Let’s take a look at some of the rings that probably made our eyes pop out of their sockets just looking at pictures! There was Paris Hilton’s 24 carat ring from her billionaire boyfriend though that did not lead to a wedding ring. And of course, Christina Aguilera’s 20 carat diamond engagement ring. More recently, there was Beyonce’s 18-carat ring. ( Gosh – how do they carry those rocks around?) Oh, let’s not forget the biggest one of them all – Elizabeth Taylor’s 30-carat diamond engagement ring – just one of her many!

Royalty has always been in the news for their jewellery. There was Princess Diana’s 18-carat ring and before that, Grace Kelly’s 12-carat ring.

It just goes to show that diamond engagement rings just have that certain something special to them. If we can’t have something that is huge, we’ll find someone who does and read all about it!
