So when Kelly Osbourne was spotted wearing a diamond engagement ring on her finger, it was only natural that the paparazzi were after her to tell them whether she was engaged or not.

Kelly has been with Luke Worrell for a while now and it was generally assumed that the two would be making an announcement soon. So when she stated that she felt that she wasn’t old enough to settle down, that ring raised a lot of questions. Was she? Wasn’t she?
