Whether it was going out shopping or visiting the studios of Dancing on Ice, Kym’s engagement ring seems to be more off than on and one wonders what the story behind this is. True, the couple has been having a bit of trouble lately but which one doesn’t? After all the speculation, she came to the studios on Coronation Street recently wearing it again so it looks like everything is all right once more.
Her fiancé, Jamie Lomas and she have had some flaming rows and now that he has moved to America, this distance relationship seems to be showing some cracks in it. Which is why perhaps, she sometimes leaves her engagement ring off. Of course, she claims it’s due to the fact that she was applying cream to her hands and accidentally left it off but not many people are buying that. She wonders what the fuss is all about especially as one time she was supposed to be without her ring, she was with Jamie’s sister. Her tweets display a lot of the anger and frustration that she is feeling.
Jamie Lomas has been trying to make a break in America and he is due to return to the UK by the end of March. While Kym supported this move because it was to help his career, she seems to be unable to cope with it. They seem to be fighting on Skype and on the phone as well so it looks like he will have to come back if he wants to stay in this relationship. They have been together for four years and got engaged three years ago.

They dated in high school and this American couple from Portland was devastated when a couple of weeks ago, Wendyellen’s engagement ring got lost. They were out on a walk in the middle of February when she noticed that the large diamond on her ring was loose so she took it off and her fiancé Bob put it in his pocket, saying he would take it to the jeweller to get it fixed. However, when they looked for it later, they couldn’t find it.

The diamonds weighed 2 carats and there were three diamonds set in the ring – one large one flanked by two smaller ones. The antique ring must have been over a hundred years old and they both loved it which is why it was so terrible to think they had lost it. They didn’t really hope to find it – after all who would return a ring like this if they found it?
They hired metal detectors and scoured the area when it could have fallen out. This is a couple whose home is furnished with old pictures and old furniture. That’s why they both thought the engagement ring was so perfect. Then, recently, they got a call from the Portland Police Department asking them to send a picture of the ring. They were ecstatic when it turned out that someone had found the ring and turned it in. A volunteer at a festival event had found it in the park where they had been walking and had given it to the organiser who gave it to the police. Now Bob is going to get that diamond fixed and his fiancée says the ring isn’t going to leave her finger.

Anything Adele does now makes news, big news. How could it not after her wonderful triumph at the Grammy Awards and at the Brits after that. Marina is just so happy that she got the heirloom ring back.
