Has Charlotte Church Taken Her Diamond Engagement Ring Off?
Monday, June 7th, 2010It’s been just about six weeks since the couple told the world they were engaged and now comes the news that Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson have broken it off. This, after being together for five years, having two children and just getting engaged comes as a big surprise.
The proposal was so romantic - Gavin flew her by helicopter to Cornwall and it was there that he got down on one knee and proposed with a 2-carat diamond ring – and the diamond was heart-shaped. Apparently he told her that they had been through good times and bad but they were meant to be together for the rest of their lives. Well, that lasted for just six weeks!
So what do sources say was the problem? It seems Gavin went off to Norway for a reality show shoot when Charlotte would rather he were at home as she was in preparation for her Over the Rainbow BBC show. There were fights ever since he got back and now he’s moved out of their home. The couple have two children – Ruby and Dexter.
