Sophie Monk’s Chandelier Engagement Ring
The Australian model and actress wears a huge chandelier engagement ring but she doesn’t flaunt it. Is it because she is shy? The cameras are finding it really hard to get a good shot of the ring simply because she takes such good care to hide it. At a time when celebrities flaunt their engagement rings to the hilt, especially when they happen to be huge rocks, this seems so different.
Sophie is engaged to Jimmy Esebag who happens to be the Chairman of the Licensing Holding Group in America – and this is the company that holds the rights to the famous Playboy brand. He is in his mid-fifties while she is 31 and she feels he is the soul mate she has always been waiting for. Sophie has been linked romantically with many famous men including American Idol Ryan Seacrest but last year was a time of heartbreak for her when she discovered Jason, her then boyfriend in bed with someone else.
The engagement ring was designed by one of Jimmy’s jeweller friends but Sophie was spotted out looking like the girl next door, not showing it off and in a sweater and jeans. She is in the radio show called Bardot and she finishes her stint this week. So are they planning on wedding rings soon? One doesn’t really know as both are being tight-lipped about it.
