Luke Jerram worked with a jeweller and the result was a ring that could stream pictures of the couple. LED light or the light from a candle is enough to project small images that are stored in the ring through a transparent stone when it is dark. So this ring is actually a very tiny projector and what’s more, the pictures can be changed whenever you want.
Imagine having all your favourite pictures right there on your finger, to be projected in a dark room whenever you feel nostalgic and want to relive a bit of the romance. Not many people will want such a big leap from the traditional diamond but there will be young geeks the world over who think this is such a cool idea.
