86 Year Old Coventry Resident Robbed Of Engagement Ring
It’s a sad day when an old lady is robbed of her engagement ring and eternity ring but that’s what happened to Betty Keenan of Coventry who is devastated by the loss. At that age one gets even more sentimental about engagement and wedding rings and it’s sad she has had to live through this.
The thieves also made off with her TV and radio CD player. She had just celebrated the twelfth death anniversary of her husband a couple of days before this and then the thieves struck. Apparently she would remove the rings every night and put them beside a picture of her late husband. It was from there that the thieves made off with them. She hopes they will be returned and her family has appealed for their return.
