Photographing Wedding Rings
In the rush that precedes and follows a wedding, the wedding rings are only thought about when you want to make sure that the best man has them. So while you may have photographs of every movement in your wedding and even maybe when the wedding rings are slipped onto each others’ fingers, most forget about photographing the wedding rings. So try and remember to make time so you can have your rings photographed from close.
Wedding Rings: In Focus
When we say photographing, we mean getting pictures of them close up. When you have a professional photographer around is when to photograph your ring professionally. What you will need to do is to make time for it between the wedding and the reception. Fit it into your wedding day schedule. If you are having a photo shoot of family and friends soon after the wedding, try and get this in as well. You will need a background – you can choose what you want in the colour you want. You could maybe have a couple of props like a rose or the wedding bouquet. Ask the photographer to focus on the wedding rings and the hands with just a bait of the background. You could be holding hands. Many years later, you’ll be glad you kept aside those few minutes just for this. This is a great memory of your wedding day. If you want just the rings, you can photograph them against a background before the wedding.
