Wedding Ring And Engagement Ring Recovered From Trash Dump
They’ve been married 55 years and 20 years ago, he bought her a wonderful diamond engagement ring as well as a wedding ring to replace the ones he had bought her as a struggling soldier when they got married. Little realising that his wife had put them into a paper cup at night, he threw the cup into the trash and the trash of course got collected and went off to the trash dump.
This old couple in New Jersey, USA would never have got those rings back if the staff at the trash facility hadn’t been so co-operative and willing to help. They helped the man sift through 1000 bags or more of garbage till he found his garbage bag and there was the paper cup with the rings. The lady was convinced she would find them and that probably made it happen. She says she prayed hard and feels her prayers were answered.
