Lost Wedding Ring Needs Owner

Over thirty years ago, a man lost his wedding ring at a camping site in the US and a lady found it. Since no one claimed it, she put it into her jewellery box and there it lay for many years. Meanwhile, the lady lost her husband, married again and the ring continued to be right there. There were thefts in her house too but the ring didn’t go.

So she decided that maybe she should put in a little extra effort and she went to the newspapers. The wedding ring had a date – 1971 - and it had two names – Perry and Lynn engraved on it. So she’s hoping now that somewhere, someone who knows this couple will come forward and claim the ring.

There have been instances of people finding their wedding rings after ages. Rings have been found in dumps, in the stomach of fish, in gardens and in sewers. So Martha Craig, the lady who found that ring many years ago, is hoping that the wedding ring she found will be reunited with its owner.
