Panning Your Own Wedding Rings
Thursday, July 9th, 2009
A 25-year old lady put her passion for panning gold from British rivers to good use by making hers and her husband’s wedding rings with the gold she had panned over the years. That meant they saved quite a bit of money and it was also a special thing for her because she loves her hobby so much.
It all began when she was a tiny toddler of three and she had collected enough for two wedding rings. She loves it – even though it can be back-breaking work and one would never think that there was so much gold to be found in the UK. Just a flake here and just another there all added up and she is so happy today that she did it.
