Thank you for a more balanced approach to this story that has been, it seems, covered by a large number of people and magazines that seem to take some sort of pleasure in these relationship failures. The truth is that many people develop an emotional investment in the bachelor series since it holds the promise of a happy ending in almost each case. ABC creates a fantasy environment in the show, not a reality experience. It is up to the principles to take it from there and that we have found is very hard to do. Diamond rings aside, lasting relationships take some time to develop and mature, and while some work out more quickly than others, the short time of the bachelor show apparently doesn't meet the minimum requirements.......yet.
