Returns Policy
Returning an Order
Our desire at Samara James is that you will be 100% delighted with your purchase from us. We understand that our future success is dependant upon recommendation from our customers. If we don’t meet this high standard for any reason we would really like to hear from you so that we can put the problem right. If you would like to return an item please contact us to inform us the item will be returned. Provided the item is returned to us unused within 30 days with its original packaging we will happily process a full refund.

Return postage costs are not refundable and items are sent at your own risk. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting at the Post Office for lower value items and use an insured delivery service for higher value items.
Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order please contact us and if it hasn’t yet been dispatched we will issue you with a full refund, otherwise please refer to Returning an Order above.
Returning a damaged item
Unfortunately breakages do sometimes occur. Firstly please contact us to let us know what has happened and provided the item is within its 30 day warranty period we will provide a replacement item free of charge on receipt of the damaged item. If you decide you don’t want a replacement item a refund will be issued. |
