We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the majority of countries within the European Union. We can also arrange for delivery to other countries outside of the E.U. by prior arrangement.

We offer Free Delivery on all orders sent within the U.K. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for items delivered within the United Kingdom and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. This method of delivery is fully insured against loss, damage or theft.

For delivery outside the United Kingdom we charge an additional £10 and we use Royal Mail Airsure. This takes between 2-5 working days extra.

If you are a resident of the Channel Islands and are therefore exempt from paying VAT please contact us and we will be happy to adjust the price of your order.

The delivery date for your order very much depends upon the item that you are ordering. For items in stock, orders placed before 12pm it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will generally be dispatched next working day although we do aim to pack and post the same day whenever possible.

At Samara James we typically will be working on producing around 160 pieces of diamond jewellery at any point in time; as a large amount of our jewellery is made to your exact requirements we typically plan for a delivery date of between 5 to 21 working days from the date when your order is placed. As a further guide, the table below gives an indication of the delivery timeframes that are usual:

Our customers’ needs always come first at Samara James, so if you have a specific date by when you need the item of jewellery, and that would not appear to be possible from the estimated timescales, please do contact us as it can often be possible to pull forward these times with prior arrangement.

If any delay to your order is likely we will of course contact you immediately by email or telephone. We will never normally leave a message on the phone without your permission in case we would accidentally let the cat out of the bag!

Once your item is dispatched it is guaranteed for delivery before 13:00 the next working day. If you require guaranteed delivery on a Saturday please contact us at 0800 612 2721 so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

For security reasons, when your item is delivered you will be asked to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’. It is important that the delivery address you provide is secure and that someone is available at the address to sign on your behalf. If someone signs for the purchase at the address you have given us who does not have your authority, it will not be the responsibility of Samara James Retail Ltd .
