We offer free delivery on all orders sent within the United Kingdom. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all items delivered within the U.K. and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. This method of delivery is fully insured against loss, damage or theft. Please note - the outer packaging has no reference to Samara James or to the contents of the parcel.

As our diamond jewellery is made to your exact requirements we typically plan for a delivery date of between 7 to 10 working days from the date when your order is placed. As a further guide, the table below gives an indication of the delivery timeframes that are usual:

Our customers’ needs always come first at Samara James, so if you have a specific date by when you need the item of jewellery, and that would not appear to be possible from the estimated timescales, please do contact us as it can often be possible to pull forward these times with prior arrangement.

Once your item is dispatched it is guaranteed for delivery before 13:00 the next working day. We dispatch items Monday through Saturday for guaranteed next day delivery as standard (excluding Sunday). All of our parcels are fully insured by Samara James right through to your door.

For security reasons, when your item is delivered you will be asked to sign a ‘Proof of Delivery’. It is important that the delivery address you provide is secure and that someone is available at the address to sign on your behalf. If someone signs for the purchase at the address you have given us who does not have your authority, it will not be the responsibility of Samara James Retail Ltd .

If any delay to your order is likely we will of course contact you immediately by email or telephone. We will never normally leave a message on a land line phone without your permission in case we accidentally let the cat out of the bag!

We deliver to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the majority of countries within the European Union. We can also arrange for delivery to other countries outside of the E.U. by prior arrangement.

For delivery outside the United Kingdom we charge an additional £10 using Royal Mail Airsure or an additional £50 using FedEx. This takes between 1-5 working days extra.
