To return an item please contact us to inform us the item will be returned. Provided you return the item within 30 days, unworn and in the original packaging we will give you a full refund.

Items not covered by our money back guarantee are diamond inset wedding rings, and bespoke designs not on our website that we have created to your specification.

Diamond inset wedding bands can be viewed un-set so that you can confirm the exact fit and style of the ring is to your satisfaction prior to purchasing. For bespoke designs, we can arrange for you to see a computer model of the design when it is being finalised, so that you can be sure of the detailing before we cast your piece of jewellery.

Return postage costs are not refundable and items are sent at your own risk. We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting at the Post Office for lower value items and use an insured delivery service for higher value items.
